丸太の上に植物を置くだけでおしゃれな気がしています
I feel like it looks stylish just by placing plants on top of logs.
丸太へのインテリア愛と森の管理について少しだけ書いてみます

丸太の上に置くことのメリットとしては
・小さめの植物も高さ、存在感が出る
・植物の色と木の色は、どちらも自然の色なので癒し効果がある
・ほんのりいい匂いがする
The benefits of decorating on top of logs are:
・ Even small plants have a height and presence.
・ The color of plants and trees are both natural colors, so they have a healing effect.
・ It smells slightly good
と勝手に考えてます(笑)
I'm thinking on my own
森林を守る間伐をしたとき、伐採された木はあまり売られたり使われたりすることはないそうです
When thinning forests is carried out, the felled trees are not often sold or used
曲がっていたり、節が入っていて使いにくかったりなど、その他にも使いにくい理由があるようです
There seem to be various reasons why it is difficult to use, such as crooked or knotted
でも森林を管理するために適切に伐っていかないといけない
But we have to thin the trees properly to manage the forest
そしてそれは簡単なことではない
And it's not easy
私もまだまだ勉強中ですが、何か力になれたら、と考えています

ちなみに、、間伐材から伐った丸太は植物だけじゃなくてアレクサも置いてます
Not only plants, but also Alexa is placed on logs cut from thinned timber
この丸太は、前に私も山に行って切ってきたもの
まだ鼻を近づけるとほんのりヒノキのいい香りがします！
This log was cut last year when I went to the mountain
It still smells like cypress！
